Itinerary
Begin your private half day tour with a pick-up from the main lobby of your hotel in Bangkok in the morning at 08:00 a.m., 09:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m.. Transfer to visit Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha. Explore the magnificent Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha which is the residence and the royal chapel of Thai Kings since 1782 A.D.
Continue to Wat Pho (Temple of Reclining Buddha), the 1st class royal temple and a school of Thai massage. The highlight of this temple is the most beautiful reclining buddha which has 46 meter long as well as the stone inscription showed the knowledge of traditional Thai medical science. This temple is regarded the first public university of Thailand. Optional to try Thai massage at the temple (not recommend for people who have bone problem or hypertension).
Return to hotel in Bangkok by public transport or private transport (depended on option selected).

Arrive at the grand complex of the former royal residence. Explore the ground’s intricate architecture, golden spires, and vibrant murals as your guide shares the history of the Chakri Dynasty. Step inside to view Wat Phra Kaew and the highly revered Emerald Buddha, Thailand’s most sacred religious icon carved from a single block of jade.
Take a short transfer or stroll over to neighboring Wat Pho, one of Bangkok’s oldest and largest temple complexes. Walk through the hall housing the massive 46-meter-long gold-plated Reclining Buddha and learn about the site's history as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage and ancient medical inscriptions.
Conclude your site visits with an optional stop for authentic Thai dishes at a hand-picked local restaurant or nearby market stall (food expenses paid direct). Your guide will happily share top local recommendations based on your tastes.
