Have an included breakfast at hotel in Bangkok. Transfer to visit Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha by local public transport e.g. Boat, Bus, City train, Tuk Tuk or Taxi. Visit the magnificent palace and royal chapel which was built since 1783 A.D. which is official used for the importance ceremony until nowadays. 

Enjoy the private canal tour by long tail boat for about an hour, the boat will go through the canal of Bangkok in the west side called “Klong Bang Luang”. Enjoy sightseeing on the boat, view the local people houses, temples as well as beautiful buddha image along the canal. 

Have an optional lunch at the local restaurant. Then visit Wat Arun or Temple of Dawn, which regarded one of the landmarks of Bangkok. The highlight of the temple is the main tower or locally called “Prang” constructed in the early 19th century. Cross the river to visit Wat Pho or Temple of Reclining Buddha, which enshrined the most beautiful Reclining Buddha image in Thailand. The temple also regarded the first public university of Thailand that teach traditional Thai medical science or Thai massage. Then transfer to hotel by public transport, have an optional dinner.

Have an included breakfast at hotel in Bangkok. Check out and transfer to Maeklong Railway market by private car transport. Visit the famous market, view the train passing the market on the train track. Transfer to the pier for private long tail boat tour to Damnoensaduak Floating market (about 30 minutes). The boat will pass through the canal, enjoy viewing the local fruit farm, traditional houses. Enjoy walking around the original floating market, taste some local desserts and fruits or boat noodle. 

Then transfer to Kanchanaburi by private car transport (drive about 2 hours). Have an optional lunch at the local restaurant. Visit Bridge over the river kwai, the top attraction of Kanchanaburi. Continue to visit Hellfire pass, the memorial place. This is the spot where the railway needed to cut through the mountain built by the forced labor and prisoner of war during WW2. Transfer to hotel in Kanchanaburi, optional dinner.

1. Travelers need to walk up and down around 160 steps to the walking trail to Hellfire pass memorial point. If travelers unable to walk up and down, there will be museum hall to visit instead.

Have an included breakfast at resort in Kanchanaburi and check out. Transfer to Ayutthaya, UNESCO World Heritage site by private car transport (drive about 2.5 – 3 hours). Visit Wat Mahathat, the important temple in the center of Ayutthaya Historical Park. The highlights of the temple are the head of Buddha image inside tree root and the main great Prang which used to contain the relics of the lord Buddha. 

Enjoy private boat tour around Ayutthaya Historical park for about an hour. Have an optional lunch at the local restaurant. Then visit Wat Phanun Choeng, the famous and active Buddhist temple which enshrine the most beautiful Golden Buddha “Luang Por To”. 

Then continue to visit Wat Phra Sri Sanphet which used to be the royal palace and chapel of the kings in Ayutthaya period from the mid 14th to 18th century which is also the prototype of Grand Palace and Temple of Emerald Buddha in Bangkok. Transfer to hotel in Ayutthaya, have an optional dinner.

Have an included breakfast at hotel in Ayutthaya and check out. Transfer to Sukhothai, the dawn of happiness city and UNESCO World Heritage site by private car transport (drive about 4-5 hours). Today is a long driving day, we will stop for your optional lunch in Pitsanuloke province. Then visit Wat Phra Sri Rattana Mahathat, the 1st class royal temple which built since the 14th century (Sukhothai era). The temple enshrined one of the most important and beautiful Golden Buddha image “Phra Buddha Chinnarat” in Thailand and contained the relics of the lord Buddha.

Continue to visit Sukhothai Historical park, UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy bicycle riding around the historical park. Then visit Wat Sri Chum, the speaking Buddha temple before transfer to hotel in Sukhothai. 

Remarks : Sukhothai is regarded the 1st capital city of Thailand. Now people in the city live simple life but with happiness. The facilities and accommodation will not be the same as in Bangkok and main tourist attraction sites.

Continue driving about 3.5 hours to Chiangrai, the by private car transport. Have an optional lunch and transfer to visit the famous White temple or locally known as Wat Rong Koon, which built by Mr. Chalermchai the famous artist in Thailand. The highlights of the temple are its architecture style painted in all white color and the arts show in the gallery inside the temple. 

Visit the Blue temple or Wat Rong Suer Ten, another famous temple with the beautiful sculpture related to Buddhism which all painted in Blue color. Transfer to hotel in Chiangrai, have an optional dinner.

The area used to be the opium trading area which once used gold for trading which then the area was called Golden Triangle. Enjoy the private boat tour along Mekong river, view the way of life of local people and the temple around 45 minutes. Then continue to visit Baan Dam museum, the famous attraction in Chiangrai. Enjoy walking around and viewing the arts of the famous artist “Mr. Thawan Datchanee”.

Transfer to Chiangmai by private car transport (drive about 3.5 hours). Visit Wat Chedi Luang, the important temple in the old town of Chiangmai which built since 14th century. The highlights of the temple is the great stupa (around 98 metres or 282 feets) which used to enshrine the Emerald Buddha of Bangkok. Transfer to hotel in Chiangmai. Optional to visit night market by local truck transport. Have an optional dinner at the local restaurant.

Enjoy trekking from the Karen village through the forest and farmland of the Karen hilltribe people to visit Pha Dok Siew waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfall in Chiangmai (around 1.5 hours).
